We are based in Indian Head, MD and currently serve surrounding areas within a 15-mile radius. If your location is farther, we may still be able to accommodate you for an additional travel fee. Reach out and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
Yes! All boards are dairy-free and plant-forward by design. We also offer pescatarian options upon request. Please note any allergies or preferences when booking.
At this time, private picnics are limited to 4 guests. For larger groups, check out our retreat-style events hosted through Eventbrite and Airbnb.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your date. Once your booking request is reviewed and approved, we’ll send an invoice. The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before your scheduled picnic. We currently accept Zelle, Cash App, and Venmo.
If it rains, we offer the option to move your picnic to an indoor location of your choice or reschedule to a future date. We ask for at least 48 hours notice if you’d like to change the location or date due to weather. We’ll work closely with you to find a new date that works.
If you need to cancel your reservation, we offer a 50% refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before your scheduled picnic.
Unfortunately, cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable due to the time and resources involved in planning. By booking with us, you agree to our terms and conditions.
